A distinguished independent multidisciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy, operating nationwide, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Construction Project Manager to join and lead their growing team in Leeds.

As the incoming Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take on the pivotal responsibility of managing the redevelopment of existing TV and Film studios and overseeing the creation of a new production village in Hartlepool.

Additionally, you will lead collaborative efforts with a prestigious client on a variety of commercial projects, ensuring the delivery of world-class construction outcomes.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-profile projects, steering them to success while building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional results. The Senior Construction Project Manager

Will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
• Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy

• Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.) is desirable
• A proactive approach, ready to handle a range of tasks from high-level management to practical, day-to-day activities.
• A construction related, RICS accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
