The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will join a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Employers Agents, and Quantity Surveyors, working across both their Birmingham and London offices. This collaborative team of 16 professionals, ranging from Apprentice to Director level, operates in a friendly and flexible environment, where your contributions will be highly valued.

You'll lead a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as Residential, Education, Healthcare (Blue Light), Commercial, Regeneration, and Mixed-Use. Whether you're stepping up from a Project Manager role or an established Senior Project Manager, this consultancy offers the perfect platform for career advancement, with a clear route to Associate level.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

The new Senior Project Manager will ideally have a broad variety of experience across a range of sectors, will be hands-on and driven, poised to progress within a growing team. You will also have:

• A Construction related degree qualification (Project/Construction Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, CIOB) or currently working towards
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
