The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

This exciting role will see the successful Senior Construction Project Manager leading on a variety of commercial development projects, including office spaces, retail locations, logistics, and industrial units. You will be pivotal in overseeing front-end infrastructure work on both Greenfield and Brownfield sites, opening them up with new roads and utilities.

From project inception through to completion, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the project management strategy, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of each project. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects
• Develop and execute detailed project management plans, providing expert leadership throughout
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all project elements meet client expectations and industry standards
• Drive excellence in project delivery, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and timelines

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in construction project management, particularly within the commercial or infrastructure sectors. Essential qualifications and skills include:

• A degree in Project Management or Surveying from a recognized institution.
• Accreditation from relevant industry bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
• A strong track record in a consultancy or development environment, showcasing substantial experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Previous Project Management experience in a UK Consultancy
