The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Partners are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager who can excel in an Employer's Agent role, with a focus on the residential sector. This firm, known for its strong presence in the property market, is managing an exciting array of both private and affordable housing developments ranging from £1m to £60m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects from inception to completion across diverse construction sectors.
• Exhibiting a deep knowledge of public sector procurement procedures.
• Cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships to support continuous business growth.
• Skillfully managing stakeholders to drive project success.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Construction related degree qualification
• Either MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM ideally or currently working towards
• A strong Project Management background within UK Construction Consultancies
• Residential sector experience is ideal but not crucial
