Senior Building Surveyor

A well-known, multi-disciplinary consultancy are now seeking a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out the full range of building surveying services, both project and professional, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties.

As a Senior Building Surveyor you'll play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression.

This opportunity offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor a varied and strong pipeline of work with a range of interesting clients.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have extensive experience within a similar consultancy environment.

• MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential
• Commercially minded with business development ability
• Good report writing and verbal communication
