Senior Building Surveyor

A thriving property consultancy are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their social and successful team of 15, based in Newcastle.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will provide expert advice to a range of landlords and tenants, across the retail, industrial, office and leisure sectors.

Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be to carry out the full spectrum of building consultancy, including, contract administration, project management, dilapidations, rca's and ppm's.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to progress within a close knit team, with full autonomy to work on an exciting portfolio of clients.

The Senior Building Surveyor

This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient Senior Building Surveyor, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.

• MRICS qualified
• A consultancy or private practice background
• Well-rounded service line knowledge
