Senior Building Surveyor

A well-established specialist consultancy are looking for a confident Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing office based in Huntingdon.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting the team on a variety of professional services and projects supporting predominantly educational buildings.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working predominantly on educational projects ranging from £50,000 to £3m. The projects vary from refurbishments and repairs to million-pound new builds, fit-outs and strip-outs and maintenance works.

This successful, well-established specialist consultancy may have 100 projects on at one time meaning the successful Senior Building Surveyor could be working on a number of projects at once.

Alongside this, there is an element of professional services including condition surveys, technical due diligence, measured surveys, design, report writing and defect diagnosis.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Project delivery experience
• Experience working within the education sector
• Confident and client-facing
