A great opportunity has arisen for an articulate Senior Building Surveyor to join a busy, fasted-paced Building Surveying consultancy in Liverpool.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on building pathology, defect diagnosis, design specification, contract administration, party wall, employers agent and feasibility studies.

Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of projects including refurbishments, new builds, repairs and maintenance works within the commerical, domestic, education and utilities sectors.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role, where every day is different and exciting. Teamwork is at the heart of this consultancy with strong emphasis on career progression.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Professional Services experience
• Project Monitoring experience
• A consultancy background
