A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join a successful, supportive consultancy based in Leeds.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, working closely with the Directors based in their Leeds office.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of diverse projects from inception to completion, including refurbishments, repairs and maintenance schemes.

Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be working on professional services including technical due diligence, dilapidations, design, contract administration, development monitoring and planned maintenance.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career and take on the next steps to Associate Director.

• Consultancy background
