Senior Building Surveyor

One of the UKs largest, independent, commercial consultancy is looking for a professional Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

This Building Surveying role is predominantly project based alongside a range of technical and professional services within sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, office, industrial and living.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on the full rang of professional surveying including planned maintenance, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, insurance valuations, expert witness and schedule of condition.

You will be working on an exciting and diverse array of projects from inception to completion including internal fit-outs, multi-million-pound new builds, refurbishments and maintenance works.
