A great opportunity has arisen for a confident and client facing Senior Building Surveyor to join to join a fantastic multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on an array of professional services and projects within the commercial, education, residential and healthcare sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on million-pound projects including new build developments, extensions, demolishments, refurbishments, repairs, maintenance work and fit outs.

Alongside this, professional services include dilapidations, TDD, feasibility studies, report writing, party wall, contract administration, defect analysis, acquisition surveys , employers agent and building design.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project experience
• Professional Services experience
• Eager to develop career
