This Senior Building Surveying role includes a variety of professional services and project work within sectors including healthcare, education and industrial.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a diverse and dynamic consultancy based in the heart of Leeds.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on contract administration, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence, party wall, design and specifications.

This consultancy supports a huge range of projects including design and maintenance works, million pound education new builds, re-developments and renovations.

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Previous project exposure
• Consultancy background
• Professional services experience
