Senior Building Surveyor

A well-established Building Surveying Consultancy, based in Nottingham, are looking for a professional, ambitious Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional services including defect diagnosis, dilapidations, building pathology, specifications, party wall, contract administration, design and feasibility studies.

You will be working on a varied range of projects, including property refurbishments, conversions, repairs, conservations of historic buildings and maintenance works, from inception to completion.

You will be working with an extensive range of clients throughout the public and private sectors, including residential, education, industrial, office, retail, health and leisure, providing a first-class service.

The Building Surveyor

• A confident, ambitious and professional individual
• A Building Surveying Degree
• Experience working within a consultancy
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
