Senior Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to work with a successful, UK leading Building Consultancy in Birmingham.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working predominantly on large scale projects, running 2-4 at one time. Projects include but are not limited to; new builds, extensions, refurbishments, repairs, and maintenance works starting from £3m.

There is an element of the professional services side including stock condition surveys, fee contracts, construction design, project management and monitoring, reports, dilapidations, defect investigation, building surveys, and contract administration.

You will be working within a range of sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, residential, retail, leisure, utilities & energy, and local Government.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Relevant experience working within a consultancy
• Project delivery experience
• Eager to develop, personally and professionally
