A dynamic and progressive Building Consultancy are looking for a hardworking and career focused Senior Building Surveyor to join their Nottingham team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of project and professional services within the education, residential, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Professional services include contract administration, building surveys, design, schedule of condition, specification and report writing, tender documentation, employers agent, feasibility studies, and defect analysis.

Projects you will be working on include; refurbishments, planned maintenance, new builds, replacements, and safeguarding work.

You will be joining a team of highly qualified professionals supporting a strong, long standing client base. There is opportunity to progress to the next level.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Experience within the mentioned sectors
• Eager to develop career
