Senior Building Surveyor

A forward-thinking building consultancy are looking for a talented and driven Senior Building Surveyor to hit the ground running and start up a successful Building Surveying team in their Manchester office.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be the start of a busy and successful Building Surveying team for this growing consultancy. You will have responsibility to keep up the relaxed, friendly, collaborative environment this consultancy work to maintain.

This role is predominantly project based within sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, local authority, heritage, and retail.

You will be working on million-pound projects from inception to completion including office refurbishments, re-modelling, hospital repairs, extensions, and new builds.

Professional services you may work on include feasibility studies, condition surveys, specifications, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, party wall, due diligence surveys and employers agent.

There is future opportunity to progress to Associate and take on more responsibilities including managing your team, involvement within business development and developing client relationships.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project management / delivery experience
• Confident working autonomously
• Able to lead and support others
• Relevant and relatable experience
• Ambitious, driven, and dedicated individual
