Senior Building Surveyor

A progressive and successful building and property consultancy are looking for a passionate Senior Building Surveyor to join their forward-thinking Bristol team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have a predominant focus on the professional services side of Building Surveying. Your day to day will include party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, schedule of condition, project management, pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidations.

Alongside this, projects you will be working on will include refurbishment, fit-out and new builds within the private and public sectors, predominantly commercial.

You will be joining a team of experienced professionals who provide strategic insights and add value into new planning, development, and investment opportunities.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience within a similar role
• Professional services experience
• Confident, ambitious, and hardworking
