Senior Building Surveyor

A professional and growing Building Surveying Consultancy, based in Bristol, are now looking for a confident and client-facing Senior Building Surveyor to join their high-quality team.

The Senior Building Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working predominantly within the commercial and residential sectors on an array of building surveying services including contract administration, building pathology, technical due diligence, and dilapidations.

There is responsibility to be involved in business development by bringing in new business through creating strong and long-standing relationships with your clients so experience within a client-facing role will be beneficial.

As you progress through your career you will have the potential to specialise in a specific area if you wish to.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Excellent and accurate report writing skills
• Strong experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
• Knowledge of building contracts
• Able to meet fee targets and generate new business
• Business focused and willing to be involved in business development and building client relationships
