A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join a fantastic independent firm in Birmingham.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be predominantly working on professional services including but not limited to dilapidations, party wall, acquisition surveys, contract administration, due diligence, and project management.

This consultancy work within a range of sectors including public, retail, commercial, leisure, industrial and education.

It will be beneficial to you if you are confident working within a client-facing role. You will be working with a strong client base of investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and occupiers.

Recently, this consultancy has been working on fit-out and design projects to support a business with their ambitious expansion and refurbishment programme.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Professional services experience
• Experience within the mentioned sectors
• Confident within a client facing role
