A fantastic private practice is looking to add a hardworking and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor to their Cardiff team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

This role is predominantly professional services based so the successful Building Surveyor will be working on party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, schedule of condition, and pre-acquisition surveys.

The project side entails refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects within the private and public sectors, mainly commercial.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Professional services experience
• Experience working within a private practice
• Confident in a client facing role
