Senior Building Surveyor

An independent commercial property consultancy based in London's West End are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to assist in the development of their small yet expanding Building Consultancy team.

Offering 360 real estate advice across the UK, this multi-disciplined, well-respected consultancy have an extremely diverse client portfolio including corporate occupiers, leading investment companies and lenders, enabling the successful Senior Building Surveyor to carry out a diverse and highly interesting array of projects.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work alongside the Director of Building Surveying in a collaborative effort to expand their London Building Surveying discipline and carry out a variety of commercially focused projects.

Offering a flexible business structure where the successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from linear career progression to Director, this is very much a client-facing opportunity, ideal for somebody confident in building and maintaining key client relationships

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

• MRICS accredited
• Confident in carrying out a variety of traditional building consultancy disciplines
• Experience carrying out a client-facing role in a commercially led private practice/consultancy
• Self-motivated, well-organised with a keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
