Senior Building Surveyor

A diverse and expanding consultancy that operates across the UK and Europe, are now looking to take on a Senior Building Surveyor in their contemporary offices in Liverpool.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working on a full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail and industrial. This role has a focus of mainly projects and technical due diligence.

Being a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to support junior members of staff, strive to keep progressing and be proactive and self-motivated.

This is a medium to large sized consultancy, that operates on a less corporate level. They reward hard work and talent by continuously promoting from within the business and have a very open and honest culture.

You will be based in a central location on the city's historic waterfront, in a beautiful office that has onsite parking, two cafés providing hot and cold food and showers.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• 1-2 years PQE experience
• Has the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and numerical skills and good report writing skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Clean driving license
