Senior Building Surveyor

A Senior Building Surveyor is needed to join an ever-expanding and adapting consultancy, where you will be based in Leeds.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be working on a range of projects across the UK under the Building Consultancy umbrella ranging from small inspections and reports of buildings and sites across all sectors, and up to £20+ millions of works.

This consultancy are now looking to take on this new Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 11 currently, which has expanded from its original 2 in 2017, with continuous expansion and a now circa £1.75m turnover.

You will most likely be based in Leeds with close links between their Sheffield, Leeds, and Manchester offices, enabling both home and working out of any of these office dependents on the work at the time.

• Relevant qualifications
• Previous professional services and project experience
• Multi-sector experience
• Clear and strong communication both written and verbal
• Hardworking and adaptable attitude
• Willing to support junior members of staff
• Drive to succeed and progress within the company
• Full UK driving license
