A growing Surveying consultancy in Leeds are looking for a client facing Senior Building Surveyor to grow the building consultancy team and their expanding range of professional services.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be comfortable working independantly and maintaining strong client relationships.

For the right Building Surveyor, there is the opportunity to be involved in the growth of the team and work within a supporting and diverse business.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

• MRICS desirsable
• Strong client relationships
• CDM experience
• Preparation of Schedule of works
• Negotiation of schedule of dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Pre-acquisition building surveys
• Project Management skills desirable

In Return, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• Up to £55,000
