A design and construction focused practice, based in Hertfordshire are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to become an integral part of a supportive team, acting as Technical Lead on a variety of projects.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor is going to hit the ground running on a number of predominantly education schemes, carrying out all works from inception through to completion and collaborating with the in-house teams.

Your role as Senior Building Surveyor will be to take Technical Lead position on these schemes.

Person specification

• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• RICS accredited degree (Essential)
• A construction focused background
• Education project experience would be advantageous
