A well regarded, well known and national consultancy, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Maidenhead.

This opportunity is for a Senior Building Surveyor, with commercial consultancy background, who is looking to join a team at a crucial time, where you will benefit from elevated career progression to directorship.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a small team, who are currently in the midst of building a collaborative and professional offering, who deliver a range of instructions to a plethora of client types across the Thames Valley area.

Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will encompass the full spectrum of building surveying services, with a particular focus on professional and technical duties, including dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

Person specification

• MRICS qualified (Ideally)
• RICS accredited degree (Essential)
• A consultancy background with strong property knowledge
• Strong written ability with business development skills
