The Senior Building Surveyor Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning industrial, education, historic properties, and local authority sectors.

This role offers a balance of professional services and project-focused work, enabling you to build a well-rounded skillset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering professional services such as dilapidations and building surveys.
• Taking ownership of project duties, including contract administration.
• Collaborating with a highly experienced team while independently managing client projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have

• Qualifications: MRICS (preferred but not essential) and a RICS-accredited degree (essential).
• Experience: Proven background in property consultancy and a variety of surveying service lines.
• Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent client communication, and an adaptable approach.
• Attributes: Self-sufficient, motivated, and eager to advance your career swiftly within a dynamic team.
