An independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 40 years' of expertise, are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their newly refurbished London based office.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work on a profile of both residential and commercial properties, delivering a range of projects, with a particular focus on major insurance claims.

Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor, will involve delivering a comprehensive range of both professional and project service lines.

Person specification

• MRICS qualification is preferred (or keen to pursue chartership)
• RICS accredited degree
• A consultancy or private practice background
• Residential experience would be advantageous
• A dedicated individual, with strong communication and leadership qualities
