Senior Engineer - M&E Consultancy

A successful and growing Mechanical and Electrical building services engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced M&E Engineer to take on a senior consulting position in its central London office.

The Company

The Senior Engineer will join a company founded 50 years ago which has grown to have 6 offices throughout the UK, employing around 50 full time engineers.

They provide engineering services design and asset management for the built environment, operating across the spectrum of engineering and property management, from the pre-purchase or design stage through to maintenance and refurbishment.

The 2 main divisions are Technical Management and Design Consultancy.

The Role

This is a senior role reporting directly to the divisional director.

The focus is on the Technical Management and surveying of M&E building services. Clients vary and include large, blue-chip companies and consultancies, through to smaller, single site operators.

The role requires a lot of customer and stakeholder interaction.

The Person

The ideal Senior Engineer will have substantial experience - at least 10 years - working within the M&E building services engineering area. You will have management experience.

You will be able to communicate with internal and external departments and work well under pressure. you will be able to demonstrate excellent reporting skills.

Whilst there is some flexibility, you should be able to regularly travel to the office in central London and to clients across the region.
