The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
To be considered for this role, the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor must have:
- 2-3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing
- A solid understanding of freehold and leasehold property law
- Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
- Strong client relationship skills and attention to detail
