The Role/ Ratings Administrator

The ideal candidate will have experience/ understanding of:

• Ratings
• Valuation
• VOA business rates
• Business rates valuation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Filing
• Invoicing
• Assisting surveyors
• Submitting check documents
• Excel skills
• Administrative ad-hoc duties

This role would suit an individual who has worked with valuation surveyors previously, or had experience within property/ real estate.
