A leading multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious and career-focused Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Liverpool.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

In this role, you'll become an integral part of a globally respected consultancy with 13 offices across the UK and multiple locations throughout Europe. The firm is well regarded for its significant contributions to both commercial and residential projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a team known for its strong training and development programs, aimed at helping you reach your full potential.

This position offers a unique opportunity to benefit from a highly regarded APC programme, which is known for its impressive first-time pass rate. You'll receive extensive support, including APC supervisors, councilors, regular one-on-one meetings, and mock interviews. This role is ideal for someone eager to advance quickly, with the potential for progression to a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Ideally experienced in commercial or residential real estate projects
• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Client-facing with strong communication skills
• Eager to complete APC or currently working towards it
