A Kent based, Quantity Surveying and Project Management are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy being part of a family-feel, local consultancy with an exceptional APC programme, and strong culture.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a SME Construction Consultancy with a broad portfolio of projects including education, mixed use residential, commercial, retail fit out, hotels, and healthcare.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex - taking on pre and post contract responsibilities with the support of the Associate Directors.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying, or RICS accredited degree
Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Committed to achieving MRICS
Good pre contract knowledge
Driving licence
