A thriving Cost Management consultancy with an impressive portfolio of technically challenging and aesthetically pleasing hospitality projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join their London Bridge office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

One of the Senior Directors is seeking a professional, well-spoken Quantity Surveyor to join his team, which works alongside the Project Managers in delivering hotel fit-out and refurbishment works on luxury, 5-star, and budget hotels throughout the UK.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work from the office, home, and site for these high-profile projects. Regardless of location, you will initially be providing pre-cost management duties, with some post-contract work to follow.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree and/or MRICS
• Hotel sector experience would be a plus
• Fit out or refurbishment project experience
• Pre contract experience
• Client facing, strong communication skills
