Quantity Surveyor

A personable, hard-working Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an articulate Quantity Surveyor to join their plush new, London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As mentioned, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be based at the consultancy's new modern, open planned office with a team of 15+ who cover an array of projects including prime residential, heritage, education (up to £10m), and commercial spaces up to £20m.

Initially, the successful Quantity Surveyor will take the reins on a high end residential project, carrying out Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration roles, pre and post contract.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 2+ years' quantity surveying experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
• MRICS, or working towards and requires support
• Good cost planning experience
• Contract administration experience is a bonus
• Client facing / Strong communication skills / excellent technical knowledge
• Worked within a Cost Management / Cost consultancy environment
