A national Construction Consultancy with an established client base within the retail sector, are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside 15 others (a mix of quantity surveyors and project managers) within a enjoyable, down to earth, working environment whilst helping to deliver a mixture of fast paced retail and education projects.

Given the fast paced nature of the projects, the new Quantity Surveyor will see projects through from inception to completion, enabling you to provide both pre and post cost management services throughout - ideal for anyone looking for greater experience and responsibility.

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Requirements: Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with circa 2 years Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment. Happy to work on fast paced projects. Eager to complete their APC.

Location: London + WFH

Project Sectors: Retail & Education

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
