Quantity Surveyor

A Hertfordshire based Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor as they look to strengthen their cost management team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Under the direction of an Associate, the successful Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be working on an array of healthcare related projects for high profile health bodies across the Home Counties, with schemes valuing up to £100m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
• MRICS, or working towards
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Strong communication skills
• Preferably from a PQS / Consultancy environment
