An expanding, Building and Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy flexible working whilst also working across meaningful, public sector projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will alongside a Director, supporting him on a variety of projects for public sector bodies.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client facing role, delivering a professional Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on social housing, education, and healthcare projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying, or similar degree
Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
UK Cost consultancy / cost management work history
Happy to work on public sector projects
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Any Employers Agent experience would be a plus, but not essential
