A long-standing, chartered quantity surveying consultancy are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a hunger to progress their career within a family feel, London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based at the companies London office, which is a short distance from the Gherkin. Here, you will work closely with the quantity surveying director on a broad arrange of residential, arts, heritage, and industrial projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take on projects from inception to completion, including preparing initial estimates, the full procurement process, administering contracts, taking them to site, and closing them out. Current projects are either on site or at tender stage, with multiple bids out for further work.

The Quantity Surveyor

Must have a PQS / Consultancy background
A competent Quantity Surveyor, pushing towards Senior level
MRICS or working towards
Seen projects through from inception to completion
Client facing / strong communication skills
