Quantity Surveyor

A successful, well-known developer with a portfolio of housing projects across the Midlands and Greater London are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Letchworth Garden City based team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to assist in the development of a £14m build project and should showcase their experience in groundworks, working with contracts and ability to produce measurements and variations.

The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager of the Letchworth Garden City office and will receive key responsibility in a 39 flat, 26 house, £14m scheme set to starting in September of this year.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying
• Experience with measurements essential
• Groundworks experience preferrable
• Experience with a main contractor or development essential
• Good contract knowledge required
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
