Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and successful housing developer with a portfolio of extensive new builds are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes based team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help with the procurement and tendering on an array of newbuild developments across the Midlands, along with showcasing their ability to hold a large portion of responsibility on projects through their stages.

The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Director of the Midlands office and will be provided direct support from the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site to aid in their professional development.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• HNC/HND qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Experience with a developer preferrable
• Experience in Residential projects preferrable
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute across the Midlands
