Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning main contractor with a portfolio of low-energy projects and design & build developments are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Aylesbury based team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to assist in Residential projects ranging in values from £500,000 to £2.5m. They should be experienced in JCT or NEC contracts and will require excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontracts, clients and various colleagues through the stages of each projects.

The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager of the Aylesbury office and will need to showcase their experience in valuations, change management, procurement and tendering.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in Residential projects preferrable
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute across Greater London
