A successful and growing main contractor with a portfolio of heritage projects are looking for a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to join their Basingstoke based team.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to assist in projects ranging in values from £250,000 to £10m for prestigious clients such as the National Trust, English Heritage and Oxford College. They should be experienced in JCT contracts and will be expected to showcase their skills in producing final accounts, contract valuations, dealing with change management and more.
The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Head of Commercial in the Basingstoke office and should have a genuine interest or passion for Heritage projects, of which they will be assisting in and leading. The Quantity Surveyor will also be provided plentiful opportunities to develop their professional skills and progress internally.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 3 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in Heritage projects preferrable
- JCT knowledge/experience essential
- Full valid UK driving license
- £40,000 - £55,000
