Quantity Surveyor

A multi-functional Construction Consultancy are growing their Quantity Surveying team by appointing a Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy/has aspirations to get into Project Management.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Splitting your role between Quantity Surveying and Project Management, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a mixture of commercial, cat A and B, and refurbishment projects across the city.

The new Quantity Surveyor will be capable of working independently, providing pre and post cost management services, whilst also working closely with clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS, or working towards completing your APC diary, or eager to get chartered
• 3+ years cost management / cost consultancy experience
• Project Management experience or aspirations
• Commercial project experience is a bonus
• Hard working, team player
• Eager for greater responsibility
