Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's largest, most prestigious House Builders in Cambridge.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an energetic, well-established team working closely alongside the Commercial Director and assisting on exciting residential developments.

Projects vary from smaller more bespoke projects, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom houses, apartment blocks. They boast a strong pipeline of projects and have no shortage of exciting developments kicking off over the next few months.

The role comes with incredible support and opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager to learn and develop within a company long term.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a House Builder / Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• A HNC/HND or degree qualification is beneficial

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
• Car allowance
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
