Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading House Builders based in Camberley.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, growing team working on exciting residential developments. They have secured several new sites including a 350-unit traditional build and a 1600-unit multiphase scheme.

The role comes with brilliant opportunity for long term progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor looking for support from senior members of the team with the goal of taking a step up in future.

The company offer flexible working, the role is therefore split between working from site, the office, and from home dependent on personal preference.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Developer/House Builder
• Experience working on large multiphase developments
• A HNC or construction related degree qualification is beneficial

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £40,000 - £55,000
