Quantity Surveyor

A thriving Cost Management consultancy with a very busy workload are seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join their London Bridge office and work across an array of hotel projects across the UK.

The senior management team who lead the Quantity Surveying division are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years' cost management / quantity surveying experience, or who has a history of working on hospitality based schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate and work alongside the Project Management team in delivering hotel fit out and refurbishments on luxury, 5 star and budget hotels throughout the UK. There will also be some leisure and mixed use projects.

You will be providing pre and post cost management duties in a client facing capacity.
