Quantity Surveyor

A market-leading, multi award-winning Main Contractor in Ilford are looking to add a talented, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to their thriving team.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a specialist New Build Contractor working on Design & Build mixed use & residential schemes, including low, medium, and high rise.

The role offers fantastic support and long-term progression, working on interesting and logistically challenging occupied London brown field sites.

Experience:

• Working on JCT Design & Build contracts
• Working with a Main Contractor
• A proven track record working on projects from start to finish

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
