Quantity Surveyor

A Partner led, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an intelligent, client facing, Quantity Surveyor who is interested or has experience working on private residential projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multidisciplinary team of quantity and building surveyors who work predominantly on projects across Surrey and South London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will support a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Partner on an array of private residential/high end residential projects. There is also the opportunity to work closely with several banks, carrying out a project monitoring role.

The Quantity Surveyor

An ideal opportunity for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor seeking a nurturing and supportive consultancy outside of London.

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 12+ months PQS/consultancy experience
• Able to commute around Surrey
• Engaging, honest, hard working personality
