Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning Developer are looking to add an energetic, confident Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of exciting residential schemes in South London.

The company have just won a number of residential schemes circa £15m-£20m in the South London area and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor local to the area.

The role comes with incredible opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career and independently run their own projects in the near future.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be within a commutable distance to South London and will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on residential new build projects
• Previous experience in a surveying role

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000 (on experience)
